Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

  • Cancellations can be made until the order is out for pickup. After which the order cannot be cancelled. The status of the order has to be confirmed by a representative of Iztri Services Pvt. Ltd.

2. Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted via https://iztri.com/contact/ or email support@iztri.com and will be processed within 5-7 business days of the request.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment, If the refund is approved by an Iztri representative, and will take 5-7 working days after approval.
  • If a product is defective or damaged, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order fulfillment. Proof of damage/defect (e.g., timestamped photograph) may be required. The liability of the damages, will be limited to the price of the order.

4. Force Majeure

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we reserve the right to modify our refund and cancellation policy. Any modifications will be communicated via email or on our website.

5. Disputes

  • If you have any issues with your refund or cancellation, please contact us at support@iztri.com within 14 days of the cancellation date.
