Iztri Services Pvt. Ltd. is the licensed owner of the brand Iztri, the website www.iztri.com and the Iztri mobile application (collectively referred to as "the Site & App").
Iztri Services Pvt. Ltd. respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy provides succinctly the manner your data is collected and used by Iztri Services Pvt. Ltd. on the Site & App. As a visitor to the Site & App / Customer, you are advised to please read the Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing the services provided by the Site & App, you agree to the collection and use of your data by Iztri Services Pvt. Ltd. in the manner provided in this Privacy Policy.

As part of the registration and use of the Site & App, Iztri Services Pvt. Ltd. may collect the following:

- Demographic profile (age, gender, occupation, education, date of birth)

(a) Directly from You — when you register, schedule pickups/deliveries, interact with customer support, or submit feedback, forms, or reviews.
(b) Automatically — via cookies, analytics tools, and use of Service features.
(c) From Third Parties — payment gateways, service partners, advertising and analytics platforms.
Iztri Services Pvt. Ltd. will collect personally identifiable information about you only as part of a voluntary registration process, online survey or any combination thereof. The Site & App may contain links to other websites. Iztri Services Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for the privacy practices of such websites which it does not own, manage or control.
4. How Is Your Information Used?
We process your data on lawful bases such as performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, or with your consent. We may use your personal data to:
- Provide, personalise, and maintain the Service
- Fulfil pickup, delivery, and cleaning orders
- Process payments and update transactions
- Manage user accounts and offer customer support
- Communicate via SMS, telephone calls, voice calls, VOIP calls, WhatsApp, Rich Communication Services (RCS), push notifications, in-app notifications, and email
- Detect fraudulent activity or misuse of services
- Comply with legal or regulatory obligations
- Support business transfers, audits, mergers, or acquisitions
- Conduct service analytics, marketing effectiveness, and quality control
- Serve promotional and advertising materials via direct calls, SMS, WhatsApp, chat applications, and display advertisements (including through the Google Ad network on third-party websites)
Consent to Communications and DND Override
By creating an account and using the Service, You expressly consent to receive communications from Iztri, its affiliates, and third parties duly authorised by Iztri, via SMS, telephone calls, voice calls, VOIP calls, WhatsApp, Rich Communication Services (RCS), push notifications, in-app notifications, and email, on Your registered mobile number and email address, regardless of Your registration with any "Do Not Disturb" (DND) facility or the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR), in accordance with the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018 (TCCCPR-2018).
You may opt out of promotional or marketing communications at any time through Your account settings, by clicking the unsubscribe link in such communications, or by writing to hello@iztri.com. However, You will continue to receive transactional, administrative, and service-related communications (such as order updates, payment receipts, and customer support responses) that are necessary for the performance of Services availed by You; these cannot be opted out of for so long as You hold an active account.
You also expressly consent to the monitoring and recording of voice calls between You and Iztri (including its support agents and delivery executives) for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
You can opt out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customise Google Display network ads using the Ads Preferences Manager.
Information about customers on an aggregate basis (excluding any information that may identify you specifically) covering customer transaction data and customer demographic and location data may be provided to partners of Iztri Services Pvt. Ltd. for the purpose of creating additional features on the Site & App, creating appropriate new products and services, and conducting marketing research and statistical analysis of customer behaviour and transactions.
5. With Whom May Your Information Be Shared?
Iztri Services Pvt. Ltd. will not use your financial information for any purpose other than to complete a transaction with you. Iztri Services Pvt. Ltd. does not rent or sell your personal information. We may share your data:
