What is Iztri?
Iztri is an on-demand ironing service that eliminates the hassle of hunting for your neighborhood iron person. We pick up and deliver your clothes to your doorstep, providing an elevated experience.
How do we iron your clothes?
At Iztri, we use steam ironing to ensure your clothes are wrinkle-free. We utilize RO water for generating steam, and our machines are of top quality.
How do I place an order?
Getting your clothes ironed has never been simpler. Download the Iztri app from the App Store or iOS store, select a pick-up and drop-off slot, and let us handle the rest.
When will I receive my clothes?
Iztri ensures that you receive your clothes within 24 hours of placing your order.
Do I need to provide a bag for ironing?
Our dedicated delivery person will bring their own bags to collect your clothes.
Do I need to count my clothes?
Our delivery executive will count the clothes upon pickup, after which the details will be updated on the app.
When do I need to make the payment?
Payment is to be made once the order is picked up. We will ship your delivery once the payment has been confirmed.
How much do you charge per cloth?
We charge a flat rate of Rs 13/- per cloth and Rs 40/- for curtains, bedsheets, and sarees.
Can you handle delicate fabrics?
Our Iztri team has been trained to handle different kinds of fabrics and adjust the temperature accordingly.
What are your payment options?
We accept online payment only through UPI, Netbanking, and Credit/Debit cards. We do not currently offer COD services.
Is there a delivery fee?
For orders above Rs 170, customers enjoy free delivery. For orders below Rs 170, a minimum delivery fee of Rs 30 is applicable.
Can I drop off my clothes at your outlet?
Iztri is purely an internet service and does not have any brick and mortar stores.
Where are you present?
We are currently operating in Bannerghata, Bangalore.
Do you also provide laundry services?
No, Iztri currently only offers clothes ironing services.
